There shouldn&#039;t be any adjustments for ground beef, except that the burgers will probably be even better because the beef has more fat (and therefore flavor) than the chicken.  I would just check the moisture content...add a few more breadcrumbs if it&#039;s looking a tad on the wet side!</description>
